Interconnect Health and Wellness is a nursing-led service based in Whitehorse, Yukon. It brings Indigenous and Western approaches to health and healing into its work with individuals, communities and organizations.

Its services support culturally safe care, individual wellness, community and land-based healing, and organizational Truth and Reconciliation efforts. The practice combines nursing expertise with a relational, culturally grounded approach.
